Add devices or data to your plan
Add devices or data points part-way through your term, without changing plan. You only pay for the time left in your term.
Who can do this: Admin
Open it
On the Dashboard, click Pay Now, then Continue to open the Subscription page. It shows your plan, a Devices counter, a Data points this month counter, and three buttons: Add devices, Buy a data top-up and Add a data pack.
When your data points are running low, a banner at the top of the dashboard has an Add data button that opens the same page.
Choose what to add

Choose an option, set how many you want with − and +, and check the summary:

There's a smallest charge for anything added during a term. If what you add costs less than that, the summary says so and the smallest charge is billed.
Click Pay with the amount to finish. The change applies as soon as the payment succeeds. If nothing is owed, the button says Apply.
Which data option to choose
- A one-off busy month: a one-month data top-up.
- Your devices always need more: a recurring data pack, or a plan with more data points. See Plans and pricing.
If you do nothing when the month's data points run out, live data and alerts carry on, and history is kept at one reading per device every 5 minutes until the month resets.
