Plans and pricing
You pay per device. Every plan has the same dashboard. What changes from plan to plan is how much data you can store each month, how long history is kept, and how many people can log in.

Starter includes dashboards, alerts and the mobile app, Map View and fleet analytics, the weekly report email, PDF and CSV export, and AI Copilot. Growth includes everything in Starter, and Scale everything in Growth.
The Free trial includes dashboards, alerts and the mobile app, Map View and fleet analytics, and over-the-air firmware updates.
Enterprise is for fleets of more than 1,000 devices, with white label, dedicated capacity and limits sized to you. Choose Enterprise in the calculator to ask for a quote.
How the price is worked out
Price per device
Each device has a yearly price. The more devices you have, the less each additional device costs. The price works in bands, like income-tax slabs:
- the first 10 devices are charged at the highest rate,
- devices 11 to 50 at a lower rate,
- devices 51 to 200 lower again,
- then 201 to 500, and 501 to 1,000, each cheaper than the last.
Each band only prices the devices inside it. Going from 10 to 11 devices adds one device at the second band's rate. Your first 10 don't get cheaper.
The device price is the same on every plan. A plan decides the minimum number of devices you pay for, and how many data points, how much history and how many users you get. If you choose fewer devices than a plan's minimum, you're billed for the minimum.
Your monthly price is the yearly total for your devices divided by 12, plus any data packs.
Term
You buy a plan for a term, paid upfront:

GST at 18% is added to every payment.
Adding to your plan later
Devices, data packs and one-month top-ups can be added at any time during your term. You only pay for the part of the term that's left. See Add devices or data.
Data points
A data point is one value of one metric. A reading with temperature, humidity and voltage is 3 values.
Every reading counts at least 10 data points, even if it carries fewer values. So 10 devices sending a reading every minute use about 4.3 million data points a month.
Your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month, India time (IST). Admins are notified at 80% and 100% of the month's data points.
When the month's data points run out
Nothing stops working:
- Live data and alerts carry on as normal.
- History is kept at one reading per device every 5 minutes until the month resets.
To keep every reading, add a data pack or a one-month top-up, or move to a plan with more data points.
When a plan or trial ends
- For 7 days after the end date, everything keeps working as normal.
- After that, the dashboard becomes read-only. You can still see your devices and data, but you can't add or change anything until you renew. A banner at the top of every page says Your subscription has expired, with a Renew Subscription button.
You can still delete users and devices while the dashboard is read-only, for example to fit a smaller plan before you renew.
Admins are reminded 30, 14 and 7 days before the end date.
